• Samtags are made from burnished, unlacquered British steel. To maintain its lustre, we suggest you keep it dry and buff it with a soft cloth from time to time.
  
  
• Refunds / returns : If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us, either within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a return and refund, or within 7 days of placing your order to cancel it. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
