What winds you up? Stressed out? What really gets
your goat? Let off some steam and CONFESS YOUR STRESS at
Guildhall Shopping Centre!
Grab a post-it note and a pen and stick your
thoughts on our giant stressed out board.
There will also be the opportunity to find out
more about Samaritans. Local volunteers will be on-hand all day and
there might even be one or two well-known faces popping in!
