Volunteers will be on the station handing out Samaritans
information and one or two items to help smooth the journey to work
for Reading's harassed commuters.
Reading Town Centre - Broad Street, 1000- 1500.
Childrens' entertainment including Punch and Judy, Face Painting
and more.
Samaritans volunteers will be on hand to give out information
about Samaritans to parents and shoppers in Reading's main shopping
street.
Fundraising pub crawl in the town centre, starts 2030.
Volunteers and friends from Reading Samaritans will be touring a
selection of the town centre pubs, providing an opportunity for the
people of Reading to offer financial support to the branch.
