Each year Samaritans need to raise over £10 million through voluntary donations. Your help means we can continue to support people when they need us the most. Click below to donate to Samaritans today.

• £10 pays for 24 calls to our national number: 08457 90 90 90
• £50 pays for Samaritans to answer 20 telephone calls from people needing emotional support.
• £100 lets Samaritans recruit and train a brand new Samaritans volunteer.
• £200 pays for Samaritans to respond to 80 emails
• £1,500  would keep Samaritans running throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland for one hour

Can you donate time to Samaritans?

As a Samaritans volunteer, there are lots of ways you can reach out to others going through difficult times – whether you’re 18 or 81. You can listen on our phones, with the training you need to feel confident.We especially want people to listen during the night hours. You’ll get so much back. Skills. Insight. Experience...
